Application and Target Group
The health questionnaire can be used in clinical practice and in the context of research questions. The questionnaire takes about 1-2 minutes to complete.
A sum score is formed over the first 4 questions. Sum values from 6 to 9 indicate moderate symptoms, sum values from 9 to 12 indicate high symptoms and urgent recommendation for further differential diagnostic clarification is given.
